- 2 (8.5 oz) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp minced fresh garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded American Grana or parmesan cheese
- paprika
- assorted crackers and breadsticks
Basic Artichoke Dip:
- Preheat over to 350
- in a large bowl combine artichokes, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and American Grana
- season with salt and pepper
- Transfer mixture to baking dish and sprinkle with paprika,.
- bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbling
- server with assorted crackers / bread
Chile Artichoke dip:
- prepare basic artichoke dip
- add 1/4 cup diced green chiles
- sprinkle with ground cumin and bake
Smokey artichoke dip
- prepare basic artichoke dip
- add 1/4 cup chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- sprinkle with smoked paprika and back
