Baked Halibut in Cream sauce

30-45 min cooking time
  • 1 pound cleaned skinned and de-boned halibut fillets
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • “Panko” Italian bread crumbs
  • 10 ounces blue cheese
  • Salt and Cracked black pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Cream Sherry
  • Custom seasoning
  1. Cut Halibut Fillets into serving side pieces
  2. Place into a butter greased baking dish just large enough to hold the fillets
  3. Place Blue cheese onto halibut Fillets 
  4. Wisk whipping cream and Sherry to thicken slightly and add into baking dish slowly to just cover the fillets
  5. Coat the dish liberally with Panko bread crumbs
  6. Place into pre-heated 350 degree oven for 25 min
  7. Allow 5 min to cool and serve
