30-45 min cooking time
- 1 pound cleaned skinned and de-boned halibut fillets
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- “Panko” Italian bread crumbs
- 10 ounces blue cheese
- Salt and Cracked black pepper to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Cream Sherry
- Custom seasoning
- Cut Halibut Fillets into serving side pieces
- Place into a butter greased baking dish just large enough to hold the fillets
- Place Blue cheese onto halibut Fillets
- Wisk whipping cream and Sherry to thicken slightly and add into baking dish slowly to just cover the fillets
- Coat the dish liberally with Panko bread crumbs
- Place into pre-heated 350 degree oven for 25 min
- Allow 5 min to cool and serve
