Beef Rigatoni Arrabbiata

  • 6 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced yellow onion
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheese
  • Spices (salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, oregano, basil, bay, garlic – to taste)
-Cook pasta –
  1. In skillet, brown beef with olive oil
  2. Drain fat
  3. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce, mix well.
  5. Add spices, mix well
  6. Add pasta, mix well
