- 6 ounces rigatoni pasta
- olive oil
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced yellow onion
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese
- Spices (salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, oregano, basil, bay, garlic – to taste)
-Cook pasta –
- In skillet, brown beef with olive oil
- Drain fat
- Add onion and bell pepper, cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce, mix well.
- Add spices, mix well
- Add pasta, mix well
