- cook 2 tbls butter and flour in saucepan whisking for 1 minute
- whisk in 2 cups hole milk
- add 1 bunch chopped broccoli (6 cups)
- season with salt and pepper
- simmer until tender, 8-12 minutes
- add 1 cup fontina
- transfer to baking dish
- top with 1 cup french-fried onions
- bake at 350 until browned, 5-7 minutes
