Citrus Chicken

  • 4 lb. chicken leg quarters
  • 1 larg orange, thin sliced
  • 1 larg lemon, thin sliced
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  1. preheat oven to 375F
  2. mix together chicken stock and barbecue in small bowl
  3. place all ingredients in a baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
  4. roast for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
