- 1 lb crab meat (washed and strained)
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 finely chopped green onion
- ½ lemon juiced
- 1 TBSP finely chopped parsley
- 3 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (old bay seasoning)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- Sour cream or Spicy Creamy hot sauce (recipe)
- Into a mixing bowl add egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, lemon and Worcestershire together.
- Add Crabmeat meat, parmesan cheese, parsley and breadcrumbs into mixing bowl and mix together with a fork. Place into refrigerator for 15 min.
- Remove and form into patties
- Deep fry in Peanut oil until golden brown 0on both sides
- Remove and drain into paper towel and allow to cool
- Serve with Sour cream and parsley garnish to taste.
