- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup dry red wine or natural grape juice
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 14 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cups seedless grapes, halved
- 2 (8 oz) wheels brie, chilled
- in a medium saucepan combine onion, vinegar, wine, raisins, sugar, red pepper flakes, ginger and cinnamon stick.
- Place over medium-high heat.
- Bring to boiling; cook 10 minutes.
- Stir in grapes. Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes.
- Remove cinnamon stick, set aside.
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place Brie in a baking dish; spoon grape relish over Brie
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer Brie an Relish to a serving platter.
- Serve with crackers or french bread slices.
