Mini Herbed Garlic Pinwheels


  • 3 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1tsp. dried rosemary
  • 2tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls


  1. Preheat oven to 380F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In small bowl, mix butter, garlic, oregano, rosemary, parsley and salt
  3. Unroll crescent dough and press to smooth perforations to create one continuous sheet of dough
  4. Spread butter mixture over dough
  5. Starting from the long side, roll the dough up. Using serrated knife cut into 12 equal slices
  6. Transfer to baking sheet and bake 9-10 minutes or until golden brown
  7. Serve immediately, refrigerating any leftovers.
