Hot Artichoke and Spinach Spread

Ingredients

  • Artichokes
  • Spinach
  • Garlic
  • Sour cream
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cheese

Directions

  1. Combine artichokes, spinach, garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheese in a classic batter bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  4. Place mixture in a mini-baker, spreading evenly.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Spread on bread slices or serve as a dip for vegetables.
