Bananas Foster

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 bananas, peeled and split lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons Creme de Banana
  • Vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add Creme de Banana and bananas.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Serve warm over vanilla ice cream.
