mix together:
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbls cider vinegar
- 1 chopped shallot
- season with salt and pepper
add:
- 1/2 bunch chopped broccoli (3 cups)
- 1/2 chopped apple
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tblsĀ toasted pine nuts
toss to combine.
