Tater-tot Casserole

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pound of ground beef (cooked and stained)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag of tater-tots
  • black pepper
  1. Mix in a bowl the sour cream and cream of chicken.
  2. Chop onion and celery.
  3. combine soup mix, vegetables, and remaining ingredients (pepper to taste)
  4. put into 4 quart sauce pan.
